These Terms of Use aim to provide the legal framework for the use of the DCM Digital website and its associated services (flow dashboards, simulators, etc.) and to define the access and usage conditions for the services by the "User".
Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reserve or restriction of these TOU by the user. When accessing the Wallet connection interface (DApp simulation), acceptance of these conditions will be implicitly reminded to you.
The DCM Digital Hub is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.
The site offers certain features (Quiz modules or RWA Dashboard) modeling On-chain SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription logic or access restrictions. These modules are deployed in a strict "Sandbox" test environment (e.g., Sepolia Testnet) and do not require the payment of any real fiduciary or custodial funds.
The publisher of the Hub, DCM Digital, is not qualified as an investment service provider (ISP) nor as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) authorized by the AMF or any other regulatory authority (MiCA).
Certain segments of the Hub (hybrid search engine, whitepaper synthesis, OCR KYC/AML simulations) rely on or communicate with Artificial Intelligence algorithms of the LLM (Large Language Model) type, such as specifically the OpenAI API.
Important: The User consents to the queries entered in the search bar (Natural Language Search) being potentially transmitted to the providers of these LLMs for processing. It is therefore strictly forbidden to enter Personal Data (PII), confidential financial information, or private Intellectual Property in these fields.
Unlike traditional Web2 architectures, DCM Digital relies on the Web3 methodology limiting the retention of private centralized databases:
LocalStorage, SessionStorage) and not on our servers.
The publisher cannot be held responsible for service alteration (bugs, unavailability of third-party APIs like Etherscan or DefiLlama, protocol forks, simulated blockchain failures). The site is committed to implementing all necessary means to guarantee the reliability of information but provides no guarantee of results or absolute precision to the nearest thousandth.
