The DCM Core Institute website is a platform for research, economic analysis, knowledge dissemination, and academic reflection in the areas of financial market tokenization, digital capital markets, digital financial infrastructures, and blockchain/DLT applied to finance.

The DCM Core Institute is not an investment service provider within the meaning of financial regulations. Users remain solely responsible for the decisions they may make based on the information published on the site.
The site offers services in open access (free) and restricted access (potentially requiring registration, a subscription, or participation in a program). The DCM Core Institute reserves the right to modify or suspend any service at any time.
When a user account is created, the user agrees to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, and not share their access. Any activity carried out via an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder.
The DCM Core Institute offers both free access to its research content and a paid subscription, Academy Pro, granting access to advanced educational content (Levels 1–6+), interactive tools, and exclusive institutional resources.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (a licensed payment service provider). The DCM Core Institute does not store any card data. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and may be cancelled at any time through the user account settings or by contacting dcmcoreinstitute@gmail.com.
Refund policy: In accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations, access to digital content that begins immediately upon payment is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds may nonetheless be granted at the sole discretion of the DCM Core Institute within 48 hours of subscription upon motivated request.
All contents of the site (text, studies, graphics, data, architecture) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the DCM Core Institute, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.
Users may consult the contents, share publications citing the source, and use the analysis for study or research purposes. Any unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
The DCM Core Institute strives to provide reliable information, but no guarantee is given as to its accuracy or completeness. The Institute shall not be held liable for financial decisions made based on these contents, nor for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site.
